What it does

G! Vote incorporates features such as automated election timelines, anonymous audit logging, secure authentication, role-based access control, and accurate vote tallying, including support for abstain votes. The platform also provides announcement management, archived election records, voter participation monitoring, and comprehensive reporting to improve election transparency and simplify administration. By digitizing the entire election workflow—from candidate filing and campaign period to voting and result publication—G! Vote offers a faster, more reliable, and more accessible voting experience, helping the University of Rizal System – Binangonan Campus conduct fair, organized, and technology-driven student elections.

What it brings

The system provides dedicated roles for Students (Voters), Election Managers, College Administrators, and Super Administrators, each with their own set of features and responsibilities. Students can securely log in using their university credentials, view active elections, browse candidate profiles and party lists, cast their votes, monitor election announcements, and view official election results once voting has concluded. Election Managers can create and manage elections, oversee candidates, monitor voter turnout through real-time analytics, and utilize built-in moderation tools such as an AI-powered inappropriate language filter. College Administrators manage organizations, tribunals, and Election Managers within their respective colleges, while the Super Administrator oversees the entire system, including database management, audit logs, OTP configuration, and system-wide settings.
